Assist in managing and developing sponsor relationships to originate deal flow
Manage internal investment approval process, including oversight and presentation of analyses and materials to the firms investment committee
Develop transaction structure and negotiate deal terms with sponsor and borrower
Lead legal documentation review and negotiation

6-10+ years of experience at a buy-side credit / direct lending fund, leverage finance or debt capital markets at an investment bank.

Good communicator, with ability to interface with sponsors and management teams, and spearhead negotiations
~ Strong academic record, including a bachelors degree
~ Excellent financial modeling skills
~ Willingness to travel
