    Job Title: General Manager Marketing Agency (Elder Law and Estate Planning)

    Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

    About Bambiz:

    We provide online marketing for Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorneys. Most attorneys struggle to get in front of quality clients. They dont know where to start to effectively promote their services. At Bambiz, our marketing gets them noticed in the community so they stand out from the competition and grow their practices.

    Job Overview:

    Bambiz is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our operations, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing marketing agencies and a passion for leading teams to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency.

    Implement scalable processes and drive strategic initiatives.

    Manage department heads and ensure departmental goals are met.

    Monitor financial performance and maintain budgetary control.

    Develop and maintain HR processes, including hiring and training.

    Foster a positive company culture and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a marketing agency.

    Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving growth.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Proficient in CRM and project management tools.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compensation:

    Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.

    Performance-Based Bonuses: Up to 15% of base salary based on quarterly and annual targets.

    Competitive 401k program (+ company matching), PTO, and health care.

    Your Next Steps:

    Full-Time Position: The salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

    Work Environment: Up to two days of remote work are allowed, with access to a distraction-free work environment, high-speed internet, and a mobile phone.
