    What You Will Do:

    • Position will report to the International Sales Manager
    • Provide quoting and customer support to Sales Partners worldwide
    • Work with various AE Techron departments to fulfill our AE Techron passion, Delivering the right solution to the

    right person, on time, with zero defects

    • Responsible for processing sales orders and coordinating shipments
    • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions
    • Schedule sales partners for virtual meetings
    • Provide administrative backup to our service department
    • Administer equipment loan program
    • Tradeshow and industry event planning
    • Maintain reps and certifications for suppliers

    What You Will Need to Have:

    • Associate degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
    • Organizational skills: The ability to manage documents, tasks, and deadlines
    • Communication skills: The ability to coordinate well with internal teams and external sales partners and customers
    • Attention to detail: The ability to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
    • Experience with CRM software, and Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
    • Customer service skills: The ability to understand the customer's needs and suggest the right solution
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities: The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a technical setting
    • This is a position that will work onsite at the AE Techron offices

    Other Important Information:

    • Pay/Salary: This is a full-time salary position
    • Core Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (schedule can be slightly flexible; will work approx. 8 hours within this

    timeframe)

    • Typical Work Week: M-F; hours a week on average
    • Direct Reports: No
    • Travel: No
    • COVID Protocol: No Special Protocol; Individuals can wear masks if desired
