    BECO is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our residential communities. This position is ideal for hands-on professionals with strong work ethic and passion for maintaining high-quality living spaces.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
    • Complete work orders and service requests in timely manner.
    • Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents including painting, repairs and cleaning.
    • Maintain overall cleanliness and condition of property's physical assets and grounds.
