- Regularly engage with clients and accounts to promote PRM's services to current and potential customers/healthcare providers.
- Establish an effective sales plan in line with sales goals and targets and execute and monitor a sales plan.
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
- Update and maintain accurate detailed information in CRM, as it relates to new and existing customer contacts, sales opportunities, leads, and any other necessary information to effectively utilize the CRM in managing the sales process.
- Work with PRM Sales team and Marketing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent messaging.
- Collaborate and communicate with PRM Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive success in reaching regional sales goals.
- Coordinate with PRM Sales leadership to provide feedback from customers and how to best position PRM's services to create the best customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate PRM's services and explain their benefits and outcomes on behalf of patients to providers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about PRM's services and broad understanding of alternative therapies or approaches with treatment of pelvic pain and their advantages and disadvantages.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent service, while monitoring satisfaction with services.
- Identify potential customers and introduce them to the services offered by PRM.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with services.
- Perform educational based lunch-and-learns, breakfasts, in-services, dinner programs as well as assist in grand round speaker events, as needed.
- Plan, coordinate and execute visits for providers to PRM offices within defined region to deepen customers understanding and education in PRM's novel pelvic pain solutions.
- Actively participate in a variety of sales training and planned company sales meetings to learn about new services, marketing promotions, research initiatives and to share information about results.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
- Travels by car, airplane, etc. to perform sales duties with clients.
- Performs a variety of other sales related duties, as required.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation and all administrative responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.

- Strong computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Effective and exceptional cross-functional collaboration, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
