- Outpatient Primary Care clinic
- Neighborhood clinic serving all age groups
- Average patient volume: 18-20 per day
- 36 hours of patient contact with 4 hours allocated for administrative duties
- Access to Medical Assistants, a network of specialists, and leadership support for an independent practice
- Clinical responsibilities cover wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on the candidate's interests
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
- Patient-centered, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Salary Range: $220,000-$240,000 (based on experience) with additional incentives
- $60,000 Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance
- Coverage for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Malpractice insurance coverage
