This is advanced administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) who oversees multiple divisions within Information Technology Administration.Confidentiality is a critical component of this position supporting executive decision-making,
financial data, strategic initiatives handling sensitive confidential information related personnel matters.
This role emphasizes continual professional development customer-focused service ongoing training certification executive support customer service IT management including ITIL library database tracking systems files department processes reports grant compliance monitoring maintenance updating intranet internet sites setting goals objectives priorities facilitating completion assignments objectives coordinating repair upgrades office equipment Timekeeper inputs payroll Remote Time Entry prepares coordinate administers budget purchase orders VISA purchases bills processing receives screens visitors telephone calls requiring judgment tact diplomacy assists managers confidential sensitive materials labor agreements political issues personnel criminal records attends work continuous regular basis performs tasks assigned workflow demands other related duties assigned
- Serves staff liaison special committees boards representing department attending meetings serving committees.
- Drafts modifies interpreting operational personnel policies guidelines procedures applicable department staff.
