Role Overview
The Events & Recognition Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional event experiences and meaningful recognition moments for our brand ambassador community. This role supports the execution of global incentive trips, corporate events, and weekly recognition initiatives while serving as a forward-facing representative of the company, regularly interacting with brand ambassadors and leaders.
We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, positive, and high-energy. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves bringing both logistics and experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
Recognition Program Ownership
Preparing and shipping rank advancement gifts
Weekly social media content and live streaming recognizing brand ambassador accomplishments
Event specific recognition efforts
Event & Trip Support
Assist with planning and execution of global incentive trips and company events
Support travel logistics, attendee communications, and rooming lists
Assist with vendor coordination and on-site execution
Brand Ambassador Experience & Communication
Help ensure a high-touch, positive ambassador experience
Budget & Operations
Track event budgets, expenses, and invoices
Assist with reporting
Maintain event timelines, SOPs, and planning documents
Support cross-functional coordination with marketing and communications
Travel Requirements
International travel and domestic travel approximately 5 times per year
Ability to support on-site event execution when needed
Passport required
Qualifications Required
–3+ years experience in events, hospitality, operations, or recognition programs
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable being a public-facing representative of the company
Preferred
Experience working in the direct selling / network marketing industry
Experience supporting incentive trips or large-scale events
Familiarity with recognition or ambassador engagement programs
Social media experience
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means recognition initiatives run smoothly and consistently; events and trips are executed with attention to detail, and budgets and expenses are tracked accurately and transparently. The right person will help create an environment where brand ambassadors feel supported, celebrated, and excited to engage, while also building strong, collaborative relationships across teams to ensure every initiative is delivered seamlessly.
