The Sushi Line Cook will be responsible for ensuring the store is neat and clean, providing excellent customer service, fulfilling task lists and schedules accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare menu items including appetizers entrees sides following established recipes guidelines.
• Possess advanced knife skills for fish butchery precise ingredient preparation cooking grill food according to specified methods temperatures portion sizes ensuring optimal taste texture presentation.
