    *POSITION:
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
    *LOCATION:* 151 Coconut Grove Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky

    *QUALIFICATIONS: * active LPN license

    • While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.
    *RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING: * collect and review labs ordered by the doctor
    * administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (*training provided*)
    * monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (*training provided*)
    * supervise residential patients
    * assist clinicians/therapists
    * encourage patients to persevere in treatment (*training provided*)
    * be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (*training provided*)

    *SHIFT: *Various shift availability; May discuss shift/days available upon interview. (high demand for 2nd, 3rd, and weekends).
