    Hybrid remote schedule
    $75K Base Target (Flexible depending on the candidate)

    Exciting opportunity to join a growing, 5th-generation, family-owned commercial construction company Our client has been in the Madison community for over 100 years and is dedicated to building the bedrock of Dane County.

    One opening is for a Project Manager.

    Manage bidding and budgeting procedures in cooperation with the Estimator
    Coordinate the drafting of Owner and Architect/Engineer contract documents with the VP of Operations and Office Manager
    Coordinate the project schedule with the VP of Operations and Job Superintendent
    Implement and manage all job cost-control procedures
    Ensure compliance with and manage the payment application process
    A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a Construction related field
    5+ years of experience working in project management roles within construction, ideally specializing in science and technology construction projects
