    Job Title: Senior Research Associate


    Columbia University is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the Ho Lab as a Senior Research Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in Virology.



    About the Lab:


    • The Ho lab focuses on basic and clinical development of antibody therapeutics and vaccines against HIV-1, SARS-Cov-2 and other Infectious Diseases.


    Responsibilities:


    • Conduct research on antiviral antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and H5N1 influenza virus
    • Evaluate viral variants through mutagenesis studies


    Necessary Skills & Qualifications:


      Virology Expertise:
      A strong background in virology with an understanding of viral replication mechanisms, molecular biology techniques, data analysis methods; hands-on experience with PCR sequencing tools essential.
      Data Collection & Analysis Tools:
