- Track and process various pharmacy and medical claim reports to identify current users of specialty drugs
- Accurately and efficiently enter claims data in Salesforce
- Identify program participants and completes intake preparation by verifying plan eligibility and creating: contacts, cases, referrals, and tasks in Salesforce
- Submit alternate funding billing and override information to the dispensing specialty pharmacy
- Research pharmacy and medical benefits in order to process benefit overrides
- Enter (or submit) override details in the PBM claim system and informs the dispensing pharmacy when to reprocess claims
- Utilize access to multiple PBM claim systems to identify new members, verify eligibility, enter overrides and investigating claim issues
- Verify that PBM claims are processing per implementation guidelines
- Minimum 3+ years of PBM, pharmacy operations, or claims processing experience required;
- Minimum 2 years of recent dispensing and claims adjudication experience
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, communication, and time management skills;
- Spanish Bilingual is a plus
