- Administer medications and treatments to residents as ordered by the attending physician, and under the direction of the Residential Care Director, in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices of the facility and State of Maine.
- Review care plans and provide care accordingly
- Identify and honor resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety
- Communicate with co-workers at all levels to adequately meet the needs of the residents
- Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks, adhering to the residents preferences
- Launder residents personal clothing
- Help to clean and maintain the environment of the house
- Provide engagement and activities for residents
- Performs other related duties as required
- Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS, DSP, or CNA

Maine Veterans' Home is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization, committed to exceptional service and personalized care. MVH - Augusta is the first of its kind in Maine to deliver long-term care though the small house model.
We are currently seeking a CRMA on Independence Way, our Residential Care Village. This is a part-time, 32 hours per week, 2nd shift position and includes every-other weekend.
