- You will use a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, assisting surgeons and surgical teams to care for a patient before, during, and after surgery.

- As an OR RN you may serve as a scrub nurse, selecting and passing instruments and supplies used for the operation, or as a circulating nurse managing the overall nursing care in the operating room and helping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- MINIMUM of 1 year of RN Acute Medical/Surgical/Endo experience required.
- BLS Required.
- ACLS required (Can be provided during orientation).
- Telemetry Training (Can be acquired during orientation).
- Registered Nurses must possess the ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.
- The RN must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
