Hiring Full-Time — Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (40 hours/week) Starting Pay $23.50/hour Growth Opportunity Available Strong Customer Service Skills Required Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional motivated and ready to learn A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing our security team ensuring proper measures of safeguarding people property and assets of the client or organization This role involves managing security personnel monitoring premises for suspicious activity enforcing rules and regulations providing a visible security presence and responding to incidents or emergencies The Security Supervisor plays a critical role in deterring criminal activity ensuring a safe environment and maintaining order Whether you are just starting your career or in retirement Securitas is a GREAT choice Primary Job Functions Team Management Manage and lead the security team by enforcing policy procedures managing schedules ensuring that coverage is properly enforced by quickly finding solutions for call outs sick leave time off vacant positions Surveillance Monitor security cameras patrol assigned premises detect any suspicious activity unauthorized access safety hazards Access Control Enforce access control policies checking identification issuing visitor passes restricting access authorized personnel only Emergency Response Respond promptly alarms emergencies inci- dents including medical emergencies fire hazards criminal activity Report escalate incidents law enforcement as needed Incident Reporting Document report incidents suspicious activ-
