Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to work in an exciting, fast-paced industry? We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Automotive Sales Associates who have a passion for customer service to join the Sommer's Automotive team
If you're driven by helping customers, then bring your energy, passion, and dedication to our dealership. No automotive or sales experience necessary to be successful in this position Plus, you will be a part of the best brands in the industry – Subaru, GMC, Buick and certified.

- Pay Range: Average annual compensation ranges between $80,000 to $120,000+ per year. No compensation cap. Pay Guarantee for the first 90 days.

Job Description:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product matches.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers in an engaging and informative manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers as needed through our Customer Relation Management tool.
- Collaborate with the sales team and managers to achieve personal sales targets and company goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and our sales process to provide customers with accurate information and positive experiences.
- Present a positive image for our dealership and brand.
Position Information:
This is a full-time, exempt-status position. You will have a set weekly schedule that will consist of 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday.
