Senior QA Analysts independently own test execution on projects, helping drive quality outcomes. They have a solid understanding of processes, deep knowledge of requirements, and think holistically about a product. They help establish team best practices and methods for refining existing approaches.
Teams at Work & Co are small and highly senior. Senior QA Analysts work alongside company partners, the top designers and technologists in the industry, and with category-defining clients.

What You Will DoAnalyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications Develop QA Brief and other QA documentation (test sets, test cases, etc) that ensure full coverage of all requirementsPerform functional, visual, smoke, regression, accessibility, exploratory, and performance testingTrack and report defects and change requests through to a successful conclusionFacilitate the release management process for project deliveriesCommunicate priorities and detailed reproduction steps to stakeholdersAssist in the User Acceptance Testing process for clientsHelp to support and guide more junior team members, on and off projectsWork closely with cross-disciplinary teamsWe Are Looking ForExperience testing highly interactive web and mobile applications in an agency environmentAbility to evaluate websites and mobile apps against accessibility standards (i.e.

Section 508/WCAG)Experience with work tracking tools (i.e.

JIRA)Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures (such as test case generation, and bug triage)Technical experience in screening, triaging, and categorizing defectsDeep knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility testing methodologiesDeep understanding of mobile operating systems and applicationsHands-on experience in automated testing using JavaScriptKnowledge and experience in working with any of the following libraries Cucumber, Gherkin, Mocha, Cypress, WebDriver, Playwright, and Detox Experience working with tools such as Postman, Charles, and NewmanEffective verbal and written communication skillsThe base pay for Senior QA Analyst role is between $80,000 and $100,000 .

The actual annual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as:
experience, knowledge, skills, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
