Job summary
This job is for a Manager in Training at Circle K. The manager will be responsible for recruiting and training employees, developing action plans to address site needs, analyzing sales and expense information to maximize profits.The manager must have a high school diploma or GED preferred., experience in retail sales preferred., ability to supervise and train employees on equipment tools materials listed in CSR ASM job description.
The manager must also analyze daily sales and expense information take appropriate action to maximize sales net profits budget forecast P L lines merchandise margins safeguard account money received disbursed perform other financial analysis necessary to maximize sales net profits.
