Iris Memory Care is the industry leader and innovator in Assisted Living for those with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia related illness. We have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic healthcare professional to be the Director of Nursing (Wellness Director) to lead the nursing/caregiving department for our Memory Care community in NW Oklahoma City.
- An active LPN license in good standing with the OK Board of Nursing.
- Experience working with seniors - experience working in an assisted living community will be prioritized over home health or hospice.
- Licensed Nurse with a minimum of at least three to five years experience. Assisted living experience preferred, but will consider in-home health or geriatric nursing.
