The Senior Consultant will provide subject matter knowledge supporting Total Rewards Compensation to design develop and deliver programs services intended to meet the needs of the Ministry advises counsels and provides recommendations to executives managers colleagues regarding Total Rewards programs policies procedures teams with compensation HR leadership mentors compensation consultants analysts specialized comprehensive consultative support planning defining validating functional area programs strategy philosophy policy development design planning development review modification complex broad component specific program plans policies procedures develops disseminates related communication materials conducts compliance audits performs evaluative analysis programs impacts leads participates organization wide HR sponsored special projects initiatives conducts job evaluation market analysis develops job descriptions supports executive colleague increase budgeting planning process creates administers variable compensation plans responds completes multiple varied highly technical diverse assignments work assignments completed limited direction reflect increased complexity scope decision making problem solving latitude administering component specific program policies procedures.
