    Description


    Jewish Union Foundation is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to work closely with staff to help facilitate growth for individuals with developmental disabilities.

    This position is Full- Time and based in the 5 Towns.

    Responsibilities include:
    Developing and updating Staff Action Plans
    Provide training to staff on techniques and strategies needed for dealing with behaviors
    Provide instruction for goal implementation
    Documentationof services
    Reviewing and updating paperwork, including Person-Specific Profiles
    Connecting with Families and Care Managers
    Conducting intakes and appropriate follow-up
    Provide Clinical Supervision of Social Work Interns

    Qualifications Requirements:
    LCSW or LMSW required
    Experience working with individuals with disabilities
    Ability to work well with others
    Strong clinical knowledge
    In process of taking or willingness to become SIFI-certified

    Preferred Qualifications:
    SIFI certified
    3 years of supervisory experience

    Salary and Benefits:
    The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
    We offer employee sponsored healthcare, dental and vision plans.
