    Role: HR Coordinator

    Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

    Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire, Fully onsite

    Pay Rate: $23-26/hour

    An Addison Group client is looking for a Contract-to-Hire HR Coordinator to support them

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates and oversees Employer state and federal posting requirements for each location
    • Maintains employment records
    • Support key projects to improve Employee Engagement

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of ADP/ Excel/ Microsoft 365
    • Polished and professional presentation and communication style; over the phone, on camera meetings and through written correspondence
    • Must possess HR competencies including initiative, organizational skills, time management and decision making
