- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Phlebotomy Training Program completion (Preferred).
- Skills: Critical thinking, judgment, ability to work independently, and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Phlebotomy Technician or Equivalent Certification (Preferred).
- Minimum Work Experience: 6 months of full-time phlebotomy experience or clinical internship with at least 100 venipunctures. Previous hospital phlebotomy experience is a plus.
