We are seeking an energetic team-oriented people-person to be responsible for the performance of Quality Technicians and inspectors on various shifts at Lathrop Megfactory.

Responsibilities
- Delegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of Quality Technicians
- Provide coaching and training to Technicians
- Escalate quality issues with Management and Engineering as needed
- Drive improvements in quality operations
- Assist Quality Technicians on in-line decision making
- Provide regular reports & updates to Quality team and Management
