• Travel Medsurg Telemetry RN

*We are currently seeking experienced Travel Medsurg Telemetry RNs to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding areas. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to explore new environments while utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
*Provide direct patient care in a Medsurg Telemetry setting

• Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

*Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Medsurg Telemetry nursing

• Both day shifts and night shifts available
