- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and uphold our company's values.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project progress and mitigate risks.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on every project site.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
