    Law Firm Billing Coordinator -FULLY REMOTE- for LARGE LAW FIRM

    Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Work closely with attorneys, secretaries, and other staff to resolve billing issues and answer any billing-related questions.
    Provide detailed reports on client activities to senior management.
    Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
    Assist in special projects as assigned by management.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal billing or a related field.
    Knowledge of legal software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    Strong understanding of the legal billing process, including deductions.
