- Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to a wheelchair-bound student with plex medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the student's healthcare provider.
- Monitor and assess the student's vital signs, response to treatments, and overall well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene.
- Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and changing tracheostomy tubes.
- Acpany the student in a school van to and from school and during any off-site activities.
- Collaborate with the student's healthcare team, school staff, and parents to ensure continuity of care and adherence to the student's individualized healthcare plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics or school nursing.
- Experience working with children with plex medical needs, including tracheostomy and G-tube care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to acpany the student in a school van.
- Pennsylvania state clearance or willingness to obtain clearance.

Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years nursing experience required.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 1-on-1 nurse for a student with plex medical needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and be fortable providing care in a school setting.
