Schulte Staffing is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for the Shipping Department for our client in Georgetown, MA
Candidate must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

M-W: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. May require additional availability to work overtime.

Thurs & Fri: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. May require additional availability to work overtime

$22.00 p/h - Reassessed after 90-day probationary period

Qualifications:

Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
Must have Reach Truck Experience
Collaborates and communicates with warehouse manager.
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintains a clean work environment.
Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
Maintains an accurate accounting of all daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving personnel.

Responsibilities:

Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
Solid mathematical skills
Moderate to heavy lifting/moving required
Receiving, stocking, and stacking
Pulling, packing, and loading
Reliable transportation
Fluent in English; written and oral
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team

Education and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Class I Sit down electric & Class II Stand up narrow isle Forklift Certification preferred (On-site training available)
Valid State Driver's License
