We are seeking a highly skilled and personable PC Refresh Specialist to join our team and lead the efficient and user-friendly rollout of a new PC fleet across our organization, with a strong focus on the Microsoft tech stack. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the refresh, while also ensuring a smooth transition for all users through clear communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PC hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft tech stack.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications and their deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, particularly related to Microsoft products, in a clear and user-friendly manner.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
