Job summary

The HRIS Analyst partners with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze process design, optimize workflows, build project plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Workday Analysts, Business Process Owners, HR Operations, and IT to meet operational and project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational communication teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Prepare reports analyze data present findings and recommendations to the HRIS Director key stakeholders.
