    As the Director of Nursing you will oversee nursing serviceswithin Americare assisted living facilities maintaining quality standards of resident careand advising medical staff, department heads and administrators on nursing related matters. Youwill also recommend, revise and interpret policies as well as develop organizationalstructure and standards of performance. You will promote working relationships with communityagencies and other establishment
    departments and assist in preparation of the departmentalbudget. You will additionally establish personnel qualification requirements, draft proceduremanuals, initiate in-service programs, install record and reporting systems and evaluate effectivenessof nursing service in relation to objectives and costs.
