Job summary
This position combines the responsibilities of a Clinical Educator and a Staff RN. Provides designated clinical unit(s) with educational support, including needs assessments. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice and OhioHealth policy. The Staff RN component provides general nursing care to patients and families along the illness continuum while collaborating with the healthcare team.- Integrates principles from theories of adult learning, organizational development, system, change and quality management into educational offerings.
- Plans conducts evaluates programs designed to achieve desired level of competence critical thinking.
