Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead and oversee our aerospace metal finishing and plating operations.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with aerospace quality systems, special processes (plating/chemical processing), and a proven track record of leading audits, teams, and cross-functional quality initiatives.
We require strategic quality leadership, maintain independence from production, serve as primary interface for audits customers regulatory bodies. This position has full authority over product conformity special process oversight corrective action systems continuous improvement initiatives within highly regulated aerospace environment.
