Job Description

• Performs routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning classrooms, offices, bathrooms, corridors and restocking paper and soap dispensers.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull  and carry items up to 50 pounds. That is more than 70 percent of the job.

Job Requirements:

• Boiler License.

Salary Range:

$65,266 - $70,166

Additional Employment Requirements:

• Approved criminal history background check for district 3710
• Pass the Trash approval
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Current residency in New Jersey or approved residency waiver, or candidate agreement to obtain residency within one year of employment.
