- Ability to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting catch basin grates/manhole covers, hauling equipment) and physically maneuver around construction sites, including accessing excavations, trenches, structures, and other disturbed areas; Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
- A minimum of 1-3 experience including topographic, construction staking, boundary, and data collection is a plus
- Ability to receive and follow directions
- Familiar with boundary surveys and construction layout
- Developed organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Operate various survey equipment (GPS, Robotics, and Total Stations)
- Ability to work as a team, be self-motivated, and organized
- Possess communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
