    Job DescriptionAs an integral part of the team, you will help identify market trends , deliver deep analysis using syndicated data platforms, and support the development of category commercial strategies .Your passion for data and analytics coupled with your expertise in category, channel and customer data platforms will enable us to develop world class commercial plans for the loved portfolio of Nutrition brands.

    You will also manage multiple requests, projects, and reporting routinesResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:

    Analyze data to develop insights-based analysis /projects with recommendations focused on strategies and objectivesExperience using technical software: IRI, Nielsen, 84.51, Numerator, Market 6 & StratumParticipate in the category review process working with other cross-functional teams to provide complete category management solutions.

    Independently develop and maintain client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.

    Work closely and often with assigned clients and business managers by setting up regular meetings to become a trusted advisorBuild solid sales presentations using syndicated , panel, basket, shopper and other sources of data that provide solutions and recommendations to address business issues.

    Maintain connectivity with clients to ensure understanding of KPI's, innovation, and other important information.

    Provide follow up and summarize results; Submit success storiesAttend sales callsQualificationsEducation Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in business analytics, market research, statistics, or any related field
    Work Experience Requirements:5+ years related work experience, preferably in the CPG industry

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:


    Demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset.

    Experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools such as Nielsen, Numerator, Power BI and customer scan data.
    Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key insights and trends, and influence strategic decision-making.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    An analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
    Independently manages project plans and assumes responsibility for tracking, communication, and timing.
    Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
