    8-hour Days | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

    Requirements

    Minimum 2 years of Hospice RN experience (required)
    Must be able to

    complete hospice admissions independently
    Strong autonomy and flexibility required

    Role & Expectations

    Hospice RN responsible for

    independent admissions
    Expected to

    hit the ground running

    and assist as needed
    Primarily field-based hospice care

    On-call:
    Minimal – approximately once per week and typically as backup to LPN on call (less call responsibility compared to Colorado offices)
