    Compensation: $18/hr

    AP Clerk

    Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Clerk to join their team

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain authorized vendor list, accounts payable reports, files and spreadsheets
    • Check the authorization of payments, create accounts payable checks, and reconcile payment schedules and vendor statements
    • Communicate with vendors and answer all inquiries

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    • Experience processing 500+ invoices per week
    • Previous automotive accounting experience preferred
    • Corporate AP experience
