- Maintain authorized vendor list, accounts payable reports, files and spreadsheets
- Check the authorization of payments, create accounts payable checks, and reconcile payment schedules and vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors and answer all inquiries
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing 500+ invoices per week
- Previous automotive accounting experience preferred
- Corporate AP experience
