    THE JOB
    This is a

    RN Director Clinical Resources

    position. As a

    RN Director Clinical Resources

    your roles and responsibilities will include:


    Directs an organizations overall supply chain operations for a facility or multiple facilities, including purchasing, inventory and distribution of supplies and equipment.

    Responsible for the financial performance, including the evaluation of spend to established targets, including contract compliance, budget, forecast etc.
    Develops strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
    Ensures that issues regarding existing and new products are resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
    Direct product conversion efforts at the hospital.
    Build relationships with peers and administrative leadership.
    Participate on various committees and meetings.
    Leads and directs the work of others.
    Reports to the CFO of the Hospital with an indirect reporting relationship to the Regional Supply Chain Leader.
    Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.

    RN Director Clinical Resources

    would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

    Bachelor's degree, Masters's degree. (preferred)
    Hospital RN Director level experience.
    3 yrs of Hospital Supply Chain experience.
    Certified Materials and Resources Professional (CMRP).

    3 yrs of Hospital Supply Chain experience.
