Moorhead Rehab, a skilled nursing facility with 52+ beds, focuses on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our team consists of creative, compassionate, and caring individuals making a positive impact on our residents, family, friends, and co-workers. Moorhead Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a proud member of the Fargo Moorhead community and enjoys opportunities to be involved. We are seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate Part Time and Full Time RN's (Registered Nurses). We are looking for individuals who would like to be a part of our growing community and enjoy making work fun

We are offering a generous sign-on bonus paid out in the first 2 months

Job Description:

Monitor, plan and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility.

Ensure continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by C.N.A.s and LPNs support staff members.

Participate in resident and family education.

Serve as resident advocate with focus on the facility's mission.

Qualifications for RN (Registered Nurse):

Current/valid MN RN License/registration
