    The Role

    We are seeking a Clinic Director to work with our residents in one of our senior living facilities. As a Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of seniors across all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide a full range of therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
    • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives.
    • Oversight of patient care in an assigned community or communities in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
    • Provide services (Therapy and/or Wellness) and operational support to the rehabilitation service teams.

    Requirements

    To be successful as a Clinic Director, you will need:

    • A degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program.
    • Active ASHA Certification Required for SLP candidates.
    • Current state licensure in OT, PT, COTA, PTA or SLP.
