What You Need for this Position - BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 10+ years of dedicated Medical Device commercial product development in a regulated startup environment

• Hands on designing & developing at least one of the following medical device products: Implantable devices, aortic heart valve, transcatheter, ballon inflatables, blood devices, etc.
• Combo of hands on development experience and leadership
• Should have some product management experience
• Great if you have background in prosthetic heart valves in a fastpaced environment
• Automation, process development experience
• Start up people only need to be an "All-In" type of person who's not looking to hand off work to the next person

What You Will Be Doing " Defining, driving, development & architecture for specialized, novel medical device in a highly regulated environment
" Player-coach role, leading a small team while actively engaging in development & design of products
" Able to compile & summarize critical data and findings for key decision makers & decision making
" Evaluation of new technology
" Make & implement platform & technical decisions
" Help manage schedule & budget
