    As an Inside Account Manager, you are instrumental to our sales team, fostering and nurturing relationships with our valued customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    The Job:


    Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships essential for driving the success of our sales team and ensuring account retention and growth.

    Efficiently handle and process customer requests for quotes (RFQs) and purchase orders (POs), ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
    Manage and fulfill customer requirements, including timely follow-ups on quotes and expediting purchase orders as needed.
    Lead sales forecasting efforts, leveraging account sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

    Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Project Managers to establish pricing, profit margins, and inventory suggestions for key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

    Regularly review internal work processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, while also proactively suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    Explore innovative and practical alternatives to increase the likelihood of successfully closing orders at higher margins, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking in sales approaches.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Demonstrated sense of urgency, high energy, and strong accountability, driving results in a fast-paced environment.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.2-5 years of relevant industry experience, with a solid understanding of pressure, temperature, flow measurement, level measurement and related concepts.

    Basic familiarity with industrial automation and controls practices, products, and market dynamics.
