Job summary
We are currently seeking a Full Time Nutritional Services Manager / Certified Dietary Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining effective and efficient systems to operate our Dietary department.This position ensures we are providing food service to residents in a cost-effective, safe manner that provides residents the energy and nutrition they need to reach their highest potential.
Responsibilities
- Determine the personnel requirements for the dietary department to make recommendations for sufficient staff to implement dietary and service policies and procedures.
- Implement a monitoring system for the dietary and food service department and make recommendations for implementation to assure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
