Our client, a Fortune 200 industrial manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join theiteam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
The Opportunity:
- Developing and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
- Conducting and facilitating Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to ensure product meets customer specifications and requirements.
- Leading and participating in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conducting audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
What we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PPAP and PFMEA methodologies.
- Experience developing and writing corrective actions and process controls
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
