Position: Full-Time Live-In Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

• Salary: $40/hr (full-time)
• Location: Dallas, Texas
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide professional nursing care in a home setting for a patient requiring consistent medical attention. Your role includes monitoring the patient's health condition, administering medications, and providing daily care with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage pain relief as needed.
• Assist with daily needs like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to implement health care plans effectively.
• Document nursing care accurately and maintain patient health records.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to the patient and family.
• Educate the patient and family members on healthcare needs, conditions, and options.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment following infection-control policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
• Proven LVN experience, preferably in a home health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of patient care and confidentiality standards.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress effectively.
• Physically capable of performing required duties.
