    Sarasota Memorial Health Care System s First Physicians Group is seeking CRNAs with excellent reputations, great communication and interpersonal skills to join a new Anesthesiology team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL. This new team is built upon Leadership s long-standing vision to be the BEST place to be a patient, to work, and to provide care.     Highlights of the Full-Time Opportunity:

    • Full-time obligation is 176 shifts per year.
    • Staffing model planned 25-30 Anesthesiologists and CRNAs covering 62 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo.
    • Average anesthesia volume 40,000 cases annually.
    • Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular, and Level II Trauma

    Incentive/Benefits Package:

    • Top of market compensation package based on years of experience
    • W2 position with Health Care System that has an unparalleled history of quality care delivery
    • Commencement Bonus and Relocation assistance is available.
    • Premium pay calculation if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
    • Full array of benefits offered for full-time including health, dental, vision, long-term/short-term disability, 5 days of CME; 7 weeks of PTO, and 403(b) with a 4% match
    • As an employee of a public, State of Florida organization, CRNA s are entitled to sovereign immunity, and they qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program .
    • First Physicians Group and SMHCS are not-for-profit organizations
    • No State tax in Florida
