Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bateman Technical Support Specialist.

The Bateman Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction working alongside our other Technical Support team members.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities

Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience in the Agricultural industry is a plus.
